R2P2D8 – HCG Missing In Action
Well it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, I’ve been slack, I promise that I’ve not fallen off the wagon but in fact I’m in Round 2 Phase 2 Day 8 of HCG… Right this very minute.Life is just busy, I’ve just started back at work and working full-time, hubby is now stay at home dad to our 5 month old and our 4-year-old. By the time I get home from work and do the bath, tea and organize for the next day, bam it’s pretty much bed time. So I do apologize, I am now back in the grove of working, routine established and I’ll start posting again and be more regular.
Update So Far:
Like I said, I’ve started another round and doing OK with a loss so far of 4.2kg in 8 days…. but big but this includes the weight I had to lose after loading this round which was a massive 2.8kg! 🙁 This was due to a 3 day binge, I stabilized perfectly, ate well and loved P3 but I think this made the 3 days worth of loading take a massive toll on my body… I was going to clean load but that went out the window with my first glass of sugary wine….Sugar beast was back and I ate everything I could get my hands on.
In 3 days I ate KFC, fish and chips, bottle of wine, 4x big blocks of chocolate, cake, peanut butter sandwiches, a whole tub of chocolate ice-cream, biscuits… OMG stop the insanity.. you get the picture!! I am 100% never going to do another 3 day load as felt it made no difference to my hunger in the first week, no difference to my first week losses, just ended up gaining a whole lot more during the load days that I had to lose in the first week… Not a good feeling.
Honestly the load days weren’t great either, I felt sick, in need of afternoon naps, grumpy and hating that demon in my head saying I must eat this and must eat that… It’s my load days, I’ve earned it, I’m not going to be able to binge again till x days… whatever voice… you can piss off… you are the voice that made me the way that I am! Needless to say I’m enjoying being back on P2 but really missing P3! Loved it and think this is where I will live after this with the occasional P4 foods.
13 days to go on this round, just a short one and I’ll do a 30 odd day round in August as I have an awards night for work in September which I’d love to wear a little black dress too… First time ever… It’s a swanky affair.
- Breakfast – Bullet Proof Coffee made with Coconut Oil (Yes I’ve decided to use 2 Tablespoons a day this round from the start and see how I go)
- Lunch – Cucumber noodles with chicken and roasted garlic dressing
- Snack – 3/4 cup Strawberries
- Dinner – Mince Chilli – made with tinned tomatoes as fresh ones at the moment are about $11kg!)
- Snack – Apple with melted Chocolate delight (Coconut oil, Cacao powder, Stevia, Pink Salt)
My pictures up till the 7th of June are updated… Didn’t take any yesterday… don’t know why… Oh yes I do I was in a grump with the other half cause my weight had stalled and my measurement loss was crap…. Measurements updated.
Off to bed… Need my beauty sleep… praying for a good loss tomorrow!
