HCG Phase 2 Recipe – Strawberry Ice-Cream

P2 Ice Cream  I love Ice-cream it’s probably one of the reasons I have put so much weight on! So I’ve come up with this HCG Phase 2 recipe – Strawberry Ice-Cream and a different version that’s a P3 friendly Ice-cream… YAY and both don’t cause me to gain weigh… Love it!





  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (could use frozen orange too)
  • ½ approved cottage cheese (low-fat 4% or 2%, minimal ingredients and no sugar!)
  • 5-10 drops Vanilla Stevia

Little splash of water to loosen up the ice-cream if required.


  • Put it all in a blender and whiz away… add water to get desired consistency.

Ice-cream for lunch YUM!
