HCG Phase 2 Recipe – Spinach, Garlic Stuffed Chicken

HCG Phase 2 Spinach, Garlic Stuffed Chicken  So I’m at the end of my 40 day round, on day two of no drops but still having 500cal and I’m bored with the HCG Phase 2 foods so Spinach, Garlic Stuffed Chicken was created… And it’s yum.

Not real filling but yum all the same. I am going to have a play with the recipe on Phase 3 and when I come back to P2 soon I will also have a play around and see if I can perfect it. Don’t get me wrong please try it as is, it’s real good for a P2 recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 100g chicken breast
  • 3 Cups of baby Spinach
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

Dry fry (or add a teaspoon or two of water) spinach and garlic until all wilted and about 1/4 of what you had originally. Salt and pepper the spinach to taste.

Cut your chicken breast in two and bash to thin out. I used a rolling-pin.

Place your chicken breast onto tin foil and top with the spinach and garlic.

Sprinkle on the Onion Powder and Paprika.

Bake for 30 min at 180­°c

I’d also make a side spinach salad to go with it next time. Spinach has become one of my favorite veges on protocol as it’ extremely low in calories so you can have loads!
