HCG Phase 2 & 3 Recipe – Bulletproof Coffee
If your new to Bulletproof Coffee I’d recommend easing into it and give it quite a few days to start the addiction and feeling the effects. It’s good… It’s addictive and for me it helps with P2 & P3.
Can’t repeat enough how seriously delicious this is, gives me energy, feeds me breakfast and I’m now finding that its way better than a sugar laden Starbucks coffee, the shock horror of me saying that out loud… I love Starbucks!

I first stumbled across Bulletproof coffee a few years ago, signed up to the creators blog, thought great I’m going to lose a ton of weight doing this coffee diet, so I brought natural butter (this was before I realized I should never ever again be buying margarine! Butter is always in my house now and Margarine is never in the house) and MCT oil. Well as I do, I over did adding in the fats and boy was I sick for a few days… blah, nor did I enjoy the taste. Stopped it and thought what a load of you know what.
Well after seeing so many people on one of the HCG forums I’m part of using Bulletproof in both P2 & 3 I decided to give it a go in my last round of P3 I just completed. I now think I’ve found my coffee heaven… It’s seriously yum… It’s sweet and creamy… You do however need to watch how many cups you have a day as all the butter/MCT or Coconut oil calories soon add up. Most I would have in one day is 2 cups of BP coffee.
This coffee is suited for either P3 or P2 depending on if you are having Coconut oil on P2… If you’re not then save this drink for P3.. Trust me it’s good and worth the wait for it in P3. Plus it helps bring up your calories rather quick!
HCG P3 Bulletproof Coffee
- 1/2 tablespoon butter – work your way up to a tablespoon or two
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil and work your way up to a tablespoon or two.
- Organic coffee or Bulletproof coffee (special brand made by the creator)
- 10 drops give or take depending on your sweet tooth of English Toffee Stevia
HCG P2 Bulletproof Coffee
- 1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil or MCT (Only allowed 2 tablespoons a day of coconut oil, so I usually only have one a day)
- Organic coffee or Bulletproof coffee
- Brew coffee to your taste
- Place coffee into a blender/hand mixer/whisk, add the fats and choice of sweetener
- Blend until colour changes to caramel looking and goes bit frothy.
