Coconut Oil Chocolate Fudge – P1 & P4
Here’s a recipe I saw on TV for CO fudge, I’ve adapted it to suit my tastes.
Will be suited for loading days and rest of your life days.
It’s really nice but you only need a piece or two to feel satisfied and you could also chuck into a smoothie or a protein shake.
1 cup CO melted
1/2 cup of raw Cacao
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Chia seeds (can be adjusted depending on what you like)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Protein powder – I use a brand with very limited ingredients and sweetened with Stevia
1/4 cup Maca powder – can leave this out if you don’t have on hand
handful of Cacao nibs – if you wish too
You could also add anything else that takes your fancy as well. A nut butter would go well too I think.
Easy, mix everything together, pour into little tiny molds and either put in fridge for an hour to set or freezer for 30 minutes.
You then store in either Freezer or Fridge. Mine are in the Freezer.
